Prior to Enter the Kettlebell, I worked through the simple side of Simple and Sinister. I am close to “owning” the 32kg for the getup, and I’ve owned it for the swing, but that’s the biggest bell I have, so I’ve stopped progressing with the swing ☹️
Well I just found a great deal on Facebook marketplace for a used 40kg bell at a good price. I hope to pick that up this weekend 😁
Guys at my team at work have a strength training challenge going: at least 3x a week.
I’m currently using Pavel’s Enter the Kettlebell.
Yesterday I had my “medium” intensity day: warmup with squats & halos. Clean/presses, swings.
I’m also still learning proper form for snatches, so I performed some of those and high-pulls.
