Interesting perspective. Sharing my own... I care about America. What it was. What it use to be. 9/11 rocked me to my core. I was there. It changed me forever. In searching for answers, I found betrayal. In sharing my findings, I was abandoned. Mocked and ridiculed. Yet, I believed. I believed that the ship could be turned. Injuries repaired. Justice would prevail. I was wrong. The more I dug, the dirtier I got. 2008 dealt another blow. We lost everything. Looked for truth. Saw the ugliness. The betrayal deepened. And again, sharing what I found, more mocking. More ridicule. More abandonment. To stand on truth is to stand alone. 2020 broke me. No more surprises. No more doubts. I knew. The state crushed me. Took what I had left. The betrayal complete. No more family. No more friends. Abandoned no more. The old world, gone. I wasn't angry. I understood. The world I grew up in didn't exist anymore. America is beautiful. But it's just a place. There are other places. In business, I learned if you're ready to walk away from a deal, you hold power. If the offer's not agreeable, walking away turns it around. What's to stop a man when he wants nothing? When he needs nothing? Going nomadic, embracing minimalism, getting my second citizenship; only confirmed that concept. Slave no more. To me, America is an idea. Independent. Sovereign. Free. In bitcoin, we say opt out. Top of mind... Today's events, horrific. Gruesome. Cruel. The discourse ends. Civil war's not coming. Civil war's here. It's been here. It's a slow boil. Blood's been shed. The idea of a "nation" is officially broken. Outside of political rhetoric, a family lost a father. Says something about our times. I feel for the family. The surveillance state grows. Everything's in place. The response being called for... increases the authoritative powers. Control freaks joyous. I think it's too late. 4th turning's here. Now. No denying it.
