All that being said, I look forward to resolving these issues with Meta through the Social Web Foundation. I'd like to believe I'm wrong about my concerns, and they really could be a bunch of coincidences, at their scale, I wouldn't doubt it. I'm driven to complete my goals of building an open source/federated FB/Meta empire with Pixelfed, Groups, Loops, Sup and a few others. I'm debating releasing the client and server code for Loops when the public beta is ready or holding off until v1. Unlike the @npub120zh...33r2 app, Loops is a lot simpler and won't take as long to reach v1. I want to release it early, but at the same time, I don't want to deal with support from people who are running it in production. The public beta should be ready in the next week, and I'll be inviting a few people to the TestFlight (iOS only for now). 🤔

I'm so done with Matrix, we can't even remove spam in the pixelfed matrix, so I'm moving all pixelfed operations to Discord.
