Bitaxe is a bit annoyed by the solo mining I've been doing recently, now it's time to join Ocean (even with irrelevant hashrate).
I don't get one point though: do I need to have a Gateway set up to have my miner pointed at datum-beta1.ocean.xyz ?

Will people stop using custodians anytime soon? I don't think so.
Anyways, that was an exploit on shitcoins that Bybit was holding on in cold storage (which in itself sounds like a joke either way).
We shall focus on increasing the amount of self sovreign users...moving bitcoin on the base chain is so cheap now that there's no excuse.
Just jumping in here to echo a thought I've had yesterday: I do believe that bitcoin is the right tool to solve (or at least trying to solve) most issues we have.
I'm deeply grateful for all the bitcoiners out there that are articulated enough to understand the nuances of bitcoin philosophy and have an independent view on what bitcoin is.
We all shall have an independent view on what bitcoin is, an opinion about the tool, the protocol, the monetary system that is predicated exclusively on what we studied, experienced , learned, extrapolated. If we fall for the trap of dogmatism, bitcoin is doomed to be a religion...and we don't need a new religion.
I don't like "influencers" at all and I don't consider him one, but if I had to point to someone able to independently think about bitcoin, without many biases, he would be certainly @Bitcoin Mechanic. You'r a treasure sir.
Why do people confuse LLMs for search engines?
"Google it" is literally being substituted with "ChatGPT it". I don't think that is an improvement by any means, even if the LLM were a self hosted OSS LLM.
