Spiritually requested cleanse almost over, it's 3rd day and I have just stuffed nose. What a ride. You can say I'm talking to myself, but I'm not as prone to autosuggestion on this freaking level. I could, but this is not why I do it. First day I lit a candle and asked my spirits who basically just hanged around at the moment to help me from this utter mud my body is. He just asked if I'm sure, and then some part went into me. Weird af, right? Well, I can get weirder. Go away or stick around, it's Nostr. In the evening I threw up like a dog after I ate just a bit. The "light" was nagging from inside that everything must go and I ate against its wishes. It said nope and grabbed a shovel.🤨 Day second I had fever up to 39 degrees and muscle fever in my arms like hell. I was so dead yesterday. Had chicken and broth in the evening, didn't take any meds - loads of magnesium, D and some others though, as usual. Today, on 3rd day, I have just stuffed nose and my wrists are sore. I think I'll be fine by tomorrow's afternoon, exactly four days as when they cleaned my apartment from energies without me knowing. I hope eating OMAD, just broth with a tiny bit of veggies and chicken would mean I'm in deep ketosis now. What a ride. #witchcraft I shall beg him to help me get through Christmas, everybody turns into a psychopath with their cookies. 🫤
