Dad. Husband. Sinner. Christian. Pleb. Retard. I love Jesus but I cuss a lot
About 2 years ago I learned about SNARGE on The Meateater podcast. I saw them with spray bottles and rags and flashlights in the left engine, and knew it was just an inspection after a bird strike. My wife thought I was crazy, as she was worried. I was right. They were cleaning up after a bird strike, cleared the plane, and we are now backing away from the gate. Homeward bound. PTL! Plane home delayed an hour from the getgo. Just got another hour + delay, added for a "maintenance issue." Wife is anxious. Prayers welcomed and appreciated.
The cashier literally asked me how I paid because he had never seen anyone pay with Bitcoin. Spread the good words of Jesus and Satoshi whenever you can. image
Rain and wind kept us from crossing the bridge but the train ride through the Royal Gorge was phenomenal. I lost count of the bigorn sheep we saw at 17.
Normally, this is weather we would kill for at home, but here it's just messing up our plans. Note the flag standing tall in that wind at the bridge. image
This is for those of you stuck in an office, under fluorescent lights, in front of a screen all day.
Gee Em nostr. I drank my coffee as the sun illuminated the mountains, so I'm off to a great start. Headed to Garden of the Gods and Manitou springs today. Stay blessed y'all.
God is good. There was NO WAY we were getting through security in time to board this plane. My wife prayed over us and 30 seconds later we were blessed. Rules were broken and we got bumped up past a 28 minute security line. On the plane 2 minutes before the door closed. We messed up, BUT GOD. Gee Em and stay blessed, y'all.
My pixel8pro is locked, stuck in fastboot mode because it thinks my volume down button is stuck. I am super blessed to still have my old LG mostly functional but I'm missing a LOT of stuff thats on that pixel. Praying someone local can fix it today because we fly out of town tomorrow. (Prayers greatly appreciated) I really hate how dependant I am on that phone, between personal stuff and running my business on it. Always create paper backups of everything you can.
Step 1 was to strip the stickers and crappy varnish layer. Step 2 was to reshape the handle grip just slightly, thinning it so it has a better in-hand feel. Next, I have more work to do on thinning and sharpening the blade so it's got less resistance, but I think I'll also strip all the black off, so the head is just nice and shiny. image View quoted note →
So I decided to begin a project. I'm going to take a couple harbor freight hatchets and improve them as gifts for a couple guys. Cooler weather is coming (if ever so slowly) and every man needs a hatchet for splitting kindling/firepit/chiminea logs. I figure they're cheap enough they'll get used as the beaters they're intended to be, but with a little work they can be greatly improved, to look and function much nicer.
The number of people that think you have to go to "the phone store" to get a phone and let other people transfer your data to the new device is insane. Our society is overwhelmingly made up of functionally retarded individuals.
I have created a wallet, loaded with several thousand SATs and planted the seed phrase in 6 obvious public areas for someone to pickup. 5 months later, it has still not been swept. At least 6 people have seen and removed a note with 12 numbered and underlinedwords and not connected the dots. We ARE still early.
