got my body confused by switching time and climate zones often as a nomad. my saving grace is deep rest, nutrient dense food and trusting my body ig can find its way to homeostasis. and while my everyone keeps telling me that I need to go see a doctor I tell them that I am one #byod for lifeeee as long as I have sunlight and the love that is inside of me I am good

while everyone else is going back to work after xmas/nye I am going back to my laptop to book a flight somewhere sunny sovereignty is my northern star geographical freedom financial freedom freedom of speech & opinion and of course - the most important being feee of dis-ease and able to moooove freely heres to another year of freedom 2025❤️
