Put yourself in a location where you can win business. If you are setting up an interesting person service on the Gym floor, make sure the Gym you work at will have clients that can afford your services. This wont guarantee success but will make getting new business easier

Lesson 1/ Take your clients results personally. I learnt this from Nick Mitchell at Ultimate Performance. Your number one goal is to get by in from your client. To do this they need to see you as a trusted partner on their journey. Take their results personally, show your excitement as they achieve their goals, no matter how small and don't be afraid to show them when you feel let down either.
I've decided I'm going to help people as much as I can by offering advice on Personal Training for free on NOSTR. When I became a PT 3 years ago, I couldn't find really good advice on how to be a great PT. Since then I've built a business on my own and am fully booked out on the Gym floor. You may benefit from following me as I teach you what I've learnt and the keys to being successful. If you are new to Personal Training, trying to expand your business or just trying to improve your overall health and Physique drop me a follow as I share my journey
