I think this was a great message to receive on this day. I hope to meet this one at the dog park during biz hours one of these days. I believe there is a mass awakening happening possibly globally, but definitely in America. And I think the catalyst that set off the chain of events around this was the covid shutdown in 2020. It's my pops bday tomorrow. He will be 80 y/o. Both sister are in town and mini me and my grand arrive tomorrow. It would seem they are planning something special for pop's bday. I don't ask bc I have enough to occupy my time. Asking about it is likely toget some things added to my to do list. At any rate, I write this note bc both my sisters just left the house with Mom and they didn't take her wheelchair. I know what they're doing, but it's not wise to leave the chair at home. Mom sometimes gets stuck and can't lift her right leg (it's a brain wiring thing). I can pick her up now and get her places if I need to. But that wasn't the case six months ago when we got stuck walking to the end of the block. So, I as sit at my desk right now getting some work done I am anticipating a call about being stuck with Mom. 👀 It will either be a confidence boosting experience for Mom or it will be something amusing that we laugh about later, after I get the call to drop off the wheelchair wherever they may have gone. #RandomThoughts

Good afternoon and happy Sat'Day #Nostr fam My day so far is going beautifully, I hope yours is too. Really. This morning Ocean swim; I wouldn't call it a swim exactly. I didn't go in past the calves, I wasn't ready for the water temp. But we'll be ready tomorrow. 👍🏾 My intention for today was to break a few lines of code in my matrix routines throughout the day to observe some chaos with my new understanding. The end goal of course is to maybe find some personal growth amidst a space of seeming chaos. I began this experiment with my usual morning coffee shop visit. This morning I went to a different one and paid in cash. I'm still processing that moment nothing to report yet. That was just this morning and I'm still at it. Its been an interesting day so far, I think as a result of this experiment. I plan to write about it a bit more in a few days. The left elbow's healing is not progressing as fast as everything else, but there is noticeable progress none the less. There are a handful of weirdos that walk ankle deep into the Atlantic Ocean every morning. They are spread far out apart between each other to where they they are but a speckle in sight. Some stand still for a few minutes others longer. Some are pacing back and forth in the tide. Some are in that state for well into 45 minutes. As for me, I need to be all the way in.
