Someone needs a job for the next 10 days. She hasn't paid her share of the rent in 4 years. Getting by on life just being cute. That should not count. #RandomThoughts #Wiggles #Dogstr image
Today feels like a PA sort of morning. Got the workout and steps done by 7:30am. Back home and everyone is still asleep. Good morning nostr fam. What are your intentions for the day? Mine, is an experiment. I'm going to treat every woman and man I encounter today with the same feelings that I have with/for my parents to see if that makes ME feel better at the end of the day. Yes, all about me πŸ˜†. #GrowNostr
#VeniceAI #rams #stuff Philosophically, the distinction between emotions and feelings is often debated and nuanced. Here's a possible approach to understanding the difference: Emotions are generally considered to be complex psychological and physiological states that arise in response to certain stimuli or situations. They are often accompanied by physical sensations, such as a racing heart or butterflies in the stomach. Emotions can be thought of as more global, instinctual, and unconscious experiences that can influence our thoughts, behavior, and decision-making. Feelings, on the other hand, are often seen as a more subjective, conscious experience of one's emotional state. Feelings are typically characterized as a more specific, personal, and intentional perception of one's emotional condition. They can be thought of as a way we interpret, label, and make sense of our emotional experiences. For example, when you experience a sudden burst of fear after encountering a snake, the fear itself might be considered an emotion. Your conscious awareness of this fear and your ability to label it as "scared" would be considered a feeling. In this sense, emotions are more universal and automatic, while feelings are more personal and intentional. However, it's essential to note that this distinction is not universally accepted, and some philosophers and psychologists argue that emotions and feelings are fundamentally intertwined or even synonymous.
Calling out and filing away moments that upset me throughout the day. While, I feel typically tested several times throughout the day, today, I only let it get to me twice. Once with moms and the other with Wiggles. Interesting though how much easier it is for me to wooosah out of a frustrating situation with the barista than it is for me to do so w/Mom and Wiggles. Need to sleep on that a bit and do better tomorrow πŸ‘πŸΎβœŒπŸΎ #rams #stuff
I had to physically correct wiggles today. Haven't had to do anything physical in terms of corrections with her in some time. Like over a year. Within a minute the episode was behind me and her and we were cool. I don't know that she understands my response was for her safety. But I know she will remember the situation bc my over reaction was intentionally intense. #imprinting an old dog #randomthoughts
My little cousin was scared of wiggles when they first met. I explained to little cuzzo how people judge wiggles bc of how she looks. Which is kinda sad, bc wiggles is only mean to mean people. Thirty minutes later πŸ‘‡πŸΎπŸ‘‡πŸΎ Good stories change feelings and changing feelings changes people for better or worse. image
If you eat pork and you haven't been jabbed by some mRNA tech, you're probably getting it in your baye - kahn. I love bacon. I stopped eating bacon a month ago. #pork #mRna #rams #stuff
I try to avoid it, but at this point, isht kinda funny and I can't help it. Who needs soap operas when you have American presidential campaign seasons every four years. #guiltypleasures #americanpolitics
This note is πŸ’― subjective, based on my personal experience and I don't have any main stream facts to back it up. I began eating clean around July or August of 2020. Just 5 months after the COVID shut downs. Fast forward 4 years later and I learned the below (see link) and that there's a real thing called a third eye. I think mine might be regenerating or waking up or something. Here's 27 minutes you'll never get back.
Mom was cursing me out just now. I thought it was cute so I laughed a little while she was expressing her disatisfaction with me. And she follows suite and breaks out laughing too. Maybe she wasn't really all that pissed. SMH. Living with Lala is funny even when she's pissed. #randomthoughts image
I was doing some morning pulls ups today and almost mucked my back up. How? you ask. I normally use the monkey bar bars (1" bar). I thought I'd try a 2" bar today (the frame on a playground swing set). Yes, I was using the same muscle groups between the two bars, but I was stressing different strands of the muscle groups (my theory). The first few reps felt normal but the fifth rep and gravity went a little scary and against my favor. I didn't notice any difference with the chin-ups, but I did them before the pull-ups. So fatigue may have factored in a bit on the pulls ups. Back feels fine now, but I did feel like I was going to faint for a couple 2-3 secs. We'll see how back feels in the am. If I had the time, I'd find a spa to wrap the day up with an ice plunge someplace for 5 minutes. All that to say, not all pullups are the same. If your doing something different no matter how minor, take it slow and do a few light trial runs before going full Rambo on things. I'd budget 5-7 days. #RandomThoughts #RunningMan image
