I woke up last night and took a full breath. It was at that moment (about 2 am'ish) that I realized I hadn't taken a full, deep breath in normal course since last December. That's about the time my mom's doctors were ringing the alarm bells. While the strokes didn't happen until March, the relaxed breathing stopped a few months prior to that. I can breath freely now bc I know my mom will be ok. If I turn my attention away from her for a few hours, she's not going to have another stroke. This is not to suggest I can go home and leave her. But it does mean that I can figure something out sans the stress and accompanying anxiety. #rams #stuffs
Good morning and happy Friday nostr fam. My intentions today are to spend some alone time with Mom, project my self love onto the folks that cross our path all the while keeping that ego in check. What r ur intentions for this fine day? #GrowNostr #PlebChain
Imagining little 5 yo Shashue playing with his hot wheels toys in the comfort and safety of his backyard with one or two gsd's wandering about. Very similar to 50+ yo Shashue admiring his seed phrases while just being on the small piece of zip code he owns someplace comforting with wiggles and a few foster pups. Similar feelings 🧐 #randomthoughts
Wolverine is different bc of how he got his powers. Not to suggest, the others didn't experience trauma in obtaining their powers. Most of them did. Superman had to leave his family and planet. Batman lost his parents. Spiderman got..... Well you get it. But Wolverine, that's a whole other level of trauma. Can't get mad at dude for losing his shit every once in a while. Good night nostr fam.
"Mentors; I've been a mentee and a mentor at different points in my life. This is neither good or bad just my thing. I've never had to find a mentor. They usually just show up and things work out. That ain't happening right now. Ugh!" ~RJB
Was just choppin it up with mom's neighbor. I judged him when I first got here. He speaks like Charlie Bunker if you get my meaning. But he's not a racist at heart. That's just how his generation speaks. I say that to say he disclosed to me where he surfs. He was reluctant to disclose his secret spot and I get it. But he did and it's less than a mile from where I go to hide and think when the house is busy. No dogs allowed in this area, but we haven't been caught yet. #RandomThoughts
Just reminded Mom of our therapy session scheduled for later this afternoon. She instantly attempts to "fan fan fan" @ me. I'm like nah mom, can't use your sound. Find a way to sign me your response. gonna be interesting. #RandomThoughts
Ego Death; Spending the day(s) calling out and labeling the moments your ego shows it's ugly head. My ego has a half century + of machinations to support it. And thats just this carnation. Calling it out is no longer scary or hard. It's just everywhere and therefore a nuisance. But that things gotta die for me to move on. So here we are. All that said, I say for a second time today good morning nostr fam. This time not from my ego but from my heart. I can tell the difference, so I hope you can too. Have a great one. #rams #stuff
I asked my mom earlier today to imagine a creative way of explaining to me why she was given her name by her parents and to imagine that she can't use her voice. Sort of like an AI prompt. I think she understood what I asked of her. I plan on checking in with her on the matter tomorrow. #rams #stuffs Good night Nostr fam.
I've been on this spiritual journey for about a day. I don't think anyone in the house has noticed any weirdness from me. But that's bc of you lot. πŸ˜„πŸ˜‚πŸ˜… I'm doing my weirdness here. But I hope if anything it's funny to you and not a negative experience. But to my point. Bc of modern technology, I estimate I've gathered the equivalent of 3 yrs of study in Egypt 30k years ago. And I'm counting about 8 hours in 2024 time. #Rams
We are all special in a unique way. At this moment story tellers and meme'ist are important bc the other side will use our own words and work against us. It is important the elements of these things are thought out with certain depth before we publish to the public. #Rams
Imagine your super power was that you can answer every question you've ever had and know it was facts. That's the next golden age we are all striving for. #SomethingaboutRams I think.
The house will be full by the end of the day. That used to stress me. I see it differently now. This is how families are to reset, base line, share, learn and grow. Ask me if I still feel the same in a few days. πŸ˜„πŸ˜πŸ˜‚ #RamingRams
Good morning #Nostr fam I'm being mindful of shorts and how they're effecting my brain. #VeniceAI Fragmentation can be seen as a response to the modern condition, where the rapid pace of change, the explosion of information, and the increasing complexity of human experience have led to a sense of disintegration and dislocation. This can manifest in various ways, such as: 1. Identity fragmentation: As individuals are exposed to diverse cultures, values, and beliefs, their sense of self and identity can become fragmented, leading to a sense of disorientation and confusion. This can result in a feeling of being torn between different aspects of one's personality or conflicting loyalties. 2. Knowledge fragmentation: The proliferation of information and the fragmentation of disciplines have made it increasingly difficult to access and assimilate knowledge in a coherent and unified manner. This can lead to a situation where knowledge becomes fragmented, and it becomes challenging to discern the underlying structures and connections that govern our understanding of the world. 3. Cultural fragmentation: The globalization of culture has led to a blending and mixing of different traditions, resulting in a sense of fragmentation and discontinuity. This can manifest in the loss of traditional customs, values, and beliefs, as well as the emergence of new forms of cultural expression that challenge established norms and conventions. 4. Reality fragmentation: In the realm of ontology, fragmentation can be seen as a challenge to the notion of a unified and coherent reality. This can manifest in the form of different perspectives and frameworks that offer competing interpretations of reality, leading to a sense of fragmentation and disconnection. Fragmentation can also be seen as a response to the human condition, where the inevitability of change, the impermanence of all things, and the finitude of human existence create a sense of disintegration and dislocation. This can lead to a sense of fragmentation in the human psyche, as individuals struggle to come to terms with the contradictions and uncertainties of existence. In this context, fragmentation can be seen as a fundamental aspect of human experience, and it is often a catalyst for creative and transformative processes. For example, the fragmentation of traditional societies and cultures has led to the emergence of new forms of expression, such as postmodern art, literature, and music, which challenge established norms and conventions. In conclusion, fragmentation in a philosophical sense refers to the division or disintegration of a whole into disparate parts, leading to a loss of unity, coherence, or meaning. This concept can be applied to various aspects of human experience, such as identity, knowledge, culture, or even reality itself, and it is often seen as a response to the modern condition and the human condition.
