I don't post often because I don't feel day to day occurrences need to be on my social network. I do wonder though how I'd bring value to nostr. So far. I don't know.

I got an email this morning trying to convince me to buy a ticket to the pacific bitcoin conference. Curious, I went to thier site and tried to look at the schedule to see if the topics would interest me. There was no schedule posted. This is the third bitcoin conference I've seen ads for that did not post a schedule before marketing/selling tickets. We wouldn't buy a ticket to a movie not knowing what was playing. we wpuldnt buy a sports event ticket not knowing what sport would be played ot what the teams are. Why do they think we'd spend hundreds of dollars buying a ticket that's a big blank for what will be presented? Normalize holding event managers of bitcoin events to the same standards for others. Don't buy tickets just because they slapped bitcoin on it. Don't support people, events, political parties,etc just because they invoke bitcoin. Thank you.
