For business purposes I would like a payment terminal that freezes X% of the satoshis in stable-sats and keeps the rest in regular sats. This because taxes is owned on the value of the commodity at time of purchase.
So it would make things more handy if one could just offset the tax payment directly and freeze it's volatility.
Maybe this would be neat to have directly incorporated in a @BTCPay Server terminal / app.
