I've always heard that we can share our NPUB but never our NSEC. As the NOSTR protocol matures and we see more apps, it seems that they all want my NSEC to give me more than "read-only" permissions. Primal is the perfect example. Can someone talk a little bit more about this?

I’m looking for a software that can listen to a song and allow me to virtually mute tracks. How cool would it be for an aspiring musician to listen to a song and mute the vocals and all but one instrument? My son is learning drums and it was an idea we came up with while talking about music and learning instruments.
