I guess it's not violent to access and disturb somebody else's property if that property is digital? The NAP only applies to physical stuff apparently... ๐Ÿ™„ wtf lola? you can make the "it is just words" argument about software or anything else digital as well. it doesn't make it not scarce or not property because its a digital file or code (words!). redefining *digital property as " just words, therefore nonscarce" is when "violence" loses its meaning. also -10,000 points for the "oh they probably had it backed up anyway so it doesn't matter" hand waving.
