Freeing people from their slavery is not as sexy as it would seem. It is a slog, and people dont want to be free. They love their vices, false gods, money, jobs, worldviews, politics and personalities to their own detriment.

My people do not need the Iliad or the Odyssey. Our culture is older and it is eternal. The pagan Greeks hung onto making humanity the best it could be without the Holy Spirit. Screw that. Im longing for the heavenly city.
