My Protocol going forward to optimize health and get in better shape physically and mentally: Principles: – Ownership: Full responsibility for my body, energy, and time – Simplicity: Strip away what’s unnecessary, keep what works – Precision over volume – Recovery = growth – Aesthetics are part of discipline Training: – Mentzer-inspired HIT every third day (if WHOOP recovery is green) – One HIIT session per week (also on green days) – Zone 2 cardio or walks on other days Nutrition: – Tracking calories – High protein intake – Minimal sugar and processed foods – Mindful alcohol use Recovery & Structure: – 7–8h of sleep with focus on deep sleep – Analog journaling + morning log – Silence before screens, daily reflections Tools: – ChatGPT (for structure & reflection) – WHOOP (for recovery and readiness data) – Analog notebook – Joplin This is a living protocol. It adapts with my body, the data, and the day — aiming for presence, not perfection.

Been rethinking what sovereignty means, not just tech and systems, but body, mind, and daily life. Just started a physical shift with cleaner food, strength training, deep rest, daily structure. Less noise for more clarity. I will take use of technology like ChatGPT for reflection and research and WHOOP for tracking and feedback. Yesterday I made a mistake when buying bitcoin from @Relai 🇨🇭 my transaction got refunded because of an error from my side. When I tried again later the transaction was stopped by my bank and it said I had to call them. Customer support was ignorant and unfriendly so I hung up. Today I got a message from my bank that my account is under investigation for illicit behavior and suspect for money laundering. This didn’t help to cure my aversion for fiat and the banking system. And we are talking about a transaction of €200 🤬 #bitcoin #fuckfiat #banks

Good article 👌 I’ve been thinking a lot about this myself since I also consider myself to be a minimalist. Or rather I try to be more intentional and focus on the things that matter and that really interests me. I save in bitcoin and invest in a selection of a few companies that I believe in, often am a customer of and understand their business. #bitcoin is signal thru the noise.

The difference between fiat and meme coins? None. Those closest to the money printer win, while the rest hold worthless bags hoping for the next pump. Sound money or exit scam – the choice is yours. #Bitcoin
