The only person that cares how you look doing the thing you’re too scared to do is you. No one else cares. They might notice momentarily if you do something silly/bold/goofy/out-of-the-ordinary, but they don’t really care, and a few seconds later they carry on with their day as if you had never existed. But you worry and obsess over it, assuming others are analyzing and criticizing every little thing you do. Often times it stops you from even trying in the first place. No one cares … except you … so get over yourself and do the thing.
