Encrypted Client Hello (ECH) 是 Encrypted SNI 的后继者，它加密了用于协商 TLS 握手的服务器名称指示 (SNI)。
这意味着，每当用户访问 Cloudflare 上启用了 ECH 的网站时，除了用户、Cloudflare 和网站所有者之外，没有人能够确定访问了哪个网站。

2. 游戏类App必须提供网络游戏出版物号；
3. 图书和报刊杂志类App必须持有中国国家新闻出版署（NPPA）颁发的《网络出版服务许可证》；
4. 新闻类App必须持有中国国家互联网信息办公室（CAC）颁发的《互联网新闻信息服务许可证》。

The Linux Foundation announced this week the formation of the Unified Acceleration (UXL) Foundation (https://uxlfoundation.org/). The organization's mission is to provide "an open-standard accelerator programming model that simplifies the development of high-performance, cross-platform applications."
Founding members of the foundation include Arm, Fujitsu, Google Cloud, Intel, Qualcomm, Samsung and others. But Nvidia was absent, offering its own CUDA programming model for using its GPUs.
At the heart of this new foundation is an evolution of the oneAPI initiative, which also aims to create a new programming model that makes it easier for developers to support a variety of accelerators, whether they are GPUs, FPGAs, or other specialized accelerators.
