Or

Is it possible to build websites on top of Nostr? Have domains point to something like a Nostr address rather than a DNS? Is there an advantage to building a new web on top of Nostr versus current options?

Why can’t a pruned Bitcoin node run on a phone? Not as ideal as a full node, but will vastly expand the number of nodes running.
I’m thinking of switching to the Pixel 10 for @GrapheneOS and to run Ubuntu in Termux. Will use with an existing docking station setup I already have.

2. Military and Public Service Standards
Organizations like the military, police, and fire departments have specific, often more demanding, standards that are part of a broader physical readiness test. These tests may be timed (e.g., one or two minutes) and require a minimum number of repetitions to pass. The scores are often tied to promotion or job readiness.
3. Scientific and Research-Based Standards
Research studies, such as the one linking push-up capacity to cardiovascular health, use specific metrics to define risk categories. For example, a study might find that men who can complete 40 or more push-ups have a significantly lower risk of a cardiovascular event.
In summary, when you take a push-up test, your score is the total number of correctly performed repetitions. You then compare that score to a table that is standardized for your age and gender to determine your fitness level or health risk category.

@Patrick I want to try out NostrCal some more. Send me an invitation for something. I am curious to see how I receive notifications for invitations, where I can see it, etc.
I’ve deleted X off of my devices. #Nitter is a much smoother experience, makes X more Nostr-like, and mitigates the toxic algo.
I don’t need to post there either when I have all you psychopaths to talk to.
I changed my pushups routine this morning. I did more, faster.
