Just got another google social engineering bot call so I expect to have a live human on the line within an hour.
What questions should I ask the social engineer?
My doctor prescribed a nail polish to combat toenail fungus, which is unsightly but otherwise not a big deal.
After applying it every day for a year, there were no noticeable changes.
So I went to my favorite LLM and described the problem. It pointed me to an over the counter product. 1 month later and the fungus is no longer among us.
We've been warned for years not to diagnose ourselves via online resources, but now I'm not so sure...
Just spent 10 minutes on the phone with a Google social engineer, recorded the whole thing.
It may be a holiday for us, but attackers love to strike on holidays when our guards are down!
