The devs for a world building strategy game I play had a server crash so they decided to dole out some apology items for the inconvenience. But their script screwed up the calculation and gave me a quarter million of a rare resource item I usually only have a few hundred of. Realizing that the devs would try to revert their mistake, I quickly engaged in several thousand trades to swap for other items and consume as much resources as possible. A few hours later the devs sent a message saying they reverted the error, but I still have all of my other items. Success! I wonder if this is what money laundering feels like...

Technically it's illegal in many jurisdictions to record a phone call without consent. But if the counterparty is a social engineer who is trying to stay anonymous and defraud me, WTF are they gonna do? Sue me? 😂😂😂

Spent 2 solid days doing annual security review of 50 vendors for SOC2 compliance. Thank goodness for LLMs, otherwise it would have taken 2 weeks to sift through thousands of pages of audit reports.
