Of all the Apple hardware announcements today, I have to say that the most impressive was probably the AirPods Pro 3. Don’t get us wrong, the iPhone air is impressive. There is a lot of logistical and manufacturing innovations happening inside of that thinner body. But it is the totality and overall accessibility of the hardware found in the AirPods Pro 3 which makes that one stand up more. Now, with an improved ability to navigate noisy environments, heart rate sensing, and even better battery life… It’s a wonder that the AirPods have not become a better signal/sign for wearable devices overall. or maybe they have… But it’s missed by a lot of the technology press because it’s accessible to more people than just those persons who are looking for speed and feeds 🫢 image

Trying something different alongside my #nostr use where I’ve made a personal ID portal and there’s a (concept?) of doing DMs/Lightning enabled messaging. Don’t know if it will work, or catch on. But am feeling like pushing a bit more into a shape of web use and authentication that has some principles I’ve gleaned here and with the web3 community

Wonder if an upcoming 🚲 venture I’ll be involved with can be considered for audiences here… 🤔 The transaction piece of here doesn’t quite fit, but there might be some potential on the fund raising side

Earlier today, during a meeting with a technical platform, the conversation was broached by one of the attendees asking me about my glasses. Made for a neat conversation to talk about the Brilliant Labs Frame glasses. Especially since right after that meeting I would be sitting in the Reddit AMA where Brilliant Labs was talking about the brand new Halo glasses they announced earlier today I really like what they are doing overall. That doesn’t mean I am such the developer that I’m able to build exactly for these glasses. The way that I would like. Part of me has an analogy to Replit in my head where i should be able to describe functionality and then use that scaffolding and BL’s SDK and docs to make the integrations I desire. We aren’t there yet. I’m not there yet. But seems even in this learning, am giving folks a sense of what it might look like to author a bit more of their connected experiences.
