The shape of the holidays changes and remains the same as we age. Parts you understood evolve or fall away, other parts become a new part of the view of the traditions we have.
It’s amazing watching seasons like this which have evolved over many generations. We are connected to the previous generations, they pass their joys, fears, and hopes to us by our practices. Those who come after us will learn of us in the same.

Wrote this on my whiteboard the other week:

That whole bit about writing a vision is powerful, even in obscurity.
Today’s contemplation:
“Can it really happen that quickly?”
I remember when my world shifted immensely and nearly immediately in a matter of weeks. Can it really happen again? Or rather, why would I keep me from taking that kind of shift again?
It’s interesting. I have my “work“ blog to cross post here, and there is something to getting ⚡️ for the things that you share. Now, do the connections matter in such a way that someone would pay for them? That I don’t really know. I do this to explore such a postulate…
I share the associations I make between articles/publications of various sources posted across six or seven days of reading and contemplation. Is that worth lightning or bitcoin or dollars or any thing else like that? Maybe, probably, and yes.
Why is it valuable? Those trying to not get overrun with whatever is next want to be guided, informed, or just provoked to see things differently.
Perhaps there’s something to be said for the pioneers here who said “if it’s valuable send me some zaps.” And if it is, then maybe deeper play into things is warranted 🧐
Looks up… there is a 🌕 just making the moment. Is this the last one of the year? If so, changes afoot. Perhaps a tick faster than expected.
Bah, realizing have been slacking on riding the Brompton(s). One part the cold making me choose my ebike more. Other part the longer rides bending to the gravel bike.
One of my Bromptons really isn’t bad for the longer rides (https://flic.kr/p/2qtbQkt), I ought to figure out how to force myself to choose it more when it’s just a road roll 🚴🏾♂️
Did take “The Toddler” (the titanium one) on its first bike-train a few weeks back. So that was good. But not a lot of riding. Not like usual at least. Def need to improve this bit across both 🚲
Found a good thread over at 🐦 that was delightfully full of folks ing trying to figure out their way forward with AI (😑) services.
Made for fun to read thru and collect my thoughts around them. Might have to play with the “secretary” (aka my AiPin) and do some extended research on some of them.
Definitely a new thing to see these get ⚡️ lately (thanks @bullishbounty ⚡️🙏🏾)… maybe worth looking into a few other ways to draw interest to these shared “connections” via zap-energy 🤔

Spreading thin in terms of “broadcasting” in various social lenses… per usual, conversations and views are spread wider than the visual spectrum and our cones allow
…doesn’t mean there’s augmented realities for any of it. Only a need to focus when possible, and feature only that which adds to things in so,e way. Hopefully.
