Today a long, slow, low heat cook for my brisket in a roaster. I’ll get back to smoking some day…..a few types of salt, some pepper, random spices, 275°, 10hrs, wrap in tinfoil and game on. Might or might not baste in homemade BBQ sauce for last hour. #grownostr #foodstr
