Crust was crispy, firm and surprisingly bubbly and light. Many more pizzas to dial it all in but happy with that as the test pizza 🍕
Batch 1/3 so far lots of extremely high concentration bone broth that will freeze in cubes and then rehydrate with water to dilute.
1L of tallow also so far that will cool and harden and then my wife makes into lotions for us all and some for frying in.
A few days of processing for broth and tallow. My boy loves the 24h soaked carrots we put in with the bones. Little concentrated nuclear submarines filled with nutrients!
