如果没有信念的人，很难坚持住学英语，我就是想学好英语去美国这样简单的信仰才坚持学英语，学英语真很难。每天都被许多陌生单词折腾到死地步。
保持积极心态，将学习变成兴趣，避免过度焦虑。
长期坚持，接受渐进
英语学习是以年为单位的长期过程，不要追求速成。每天坚持练习，积少成多，自然会看到进步。
