The EU's €6 billion Reform & Growth Facility for Western Balkans provides the roadmap to bring their economies closer to ours. Today, we found that X should not be designated as a core platform service under the Digital Markets Act. We concluded that X does not qualify given that our investigation revealed that X is not an important gateway for business users to reach end users.
