I recently put down a deposit for half a cow for the first time ever. Feels good to ditch factory farming and support a local farmer directly. I can literally see the cows in the field eating grass and living a good life, not penned up in a feed lot. #carnivore

Eat food that rots. I forgot where I heard this but it's solid advice. Preservatives in food are obviously not what your body needs.
