I forgot where I heard this but it's solid advice. Preservatives in food are obviously not what your body needs.

Decentralization is the key to everything.
I've been #carnivore almost two weeks and the biggest issue so far has been mild indigestion, especially at bedtime. The suggestion to drink less around meal times has helped (water dilutes stomach acid, impairing digestion), but I find it hard to remember to drink more between meals to compensate. Making this a habit will probably take another week or two.
Tip: when YouTube asks you to sign in to watch a video, and you're not using DuckDuckGo's "Duck Player", simply change the address from "watch?v=" to "embed/" like this:

Change it to:
youtube.com/embed/1234abcd
