Alright, I'm finally convinced the #carnivore #diet is worth trying. The personal stories of #health improvement and disease reversal are too compelling to ignore. It makes perfect sense when you start thinking of it in terms of a species-appropriate diet. Humans are the only animals that are confused about what to eat. It's been a long journey for me; the "plants are good for us" propaganda is hard to overcome at first.

The possibility that Trump won because of a squirrel makes me chuckle.

Voting is often a false choice, but sometimes politicians hire good people. If RFK Jr is given the power to reform the US public health agencies, meaningful change is possible. The CDC, FDA, NIH, USDA, etc still wield enormous influence over society. Even if you personally ignore them, you still end up paying (indirectly) for the poor health outcomes of all the normies who still follow their guidance. Maybe #bitcoin can fix this, but for the foreseeable future, scientific research will be funded with dollars. RFK Jr has pledged to root out the corruption and I can't find a reason to doubt him after decades of proof of work. #vote #MAHA #election #science #health

Take a moment and examine the thoughts in your head. Are they really your thoughts, or a mashup of what you've been told? Do you actually agree with those thoughts or did you outsource your thinking?

The smartest, most educated people are often the most resistant to the idea they can be influenced by propaganda. In my experience, most can't even recognize it.
