Happy new year! I created a new Nostr based messaging client over the last weeks: nospeak. It supports NIP-17 completely (messages, file messages and reactions), but only 1-on-1 now. Platform is either Web/PWA or Android. The Android app uses an own background notification task which works fine and (I hope) does not stress the battery too much. It has NIP-05 verification for users, Blossom support for encrypted media and profile images, location sharing and much more. Login is possible via NIP-55 (Amber), NIP-07 signer or NSec.
