Breathable lime based render is by far the most healthy and eco friendly coating for exterior and interior walls in a house. Painted with limewash.... Combine those materials and you won't have condensation, mould or draught issues So how come it is so hard to find an EWI system that allows for all those materials to work together! The recommended adhesives and basecoats are not breathable, nor eco friendly. Expanded Polysytrene and similar isocyanate products are literally flammable hell on earth...
