coracle.social client seems to have an excellent approach to onboarding with the invite option- make your own list of followers, and suggested relays. The relays option is pertinent now I understand a bit more about the importance of coordinating relays, INBOX and OUTBOX for keeping up better with followers. In the mid 80s I was #painting council houses, £30 to prepare, undercoat and gloss all outside Windows, on 2 storey houses, incl fascias, front and back, 3 doors. Crazy low rates even back then. Rule 1 when building in inland Spain is to heavily insulate the roof - to keep the sun out. Keeping Heat in is secondary. Summers and winters are more extreme than UK, just for reference. Therefore if you have plenty of insulation but your house is still over heating in summer, you may well be using your Windows and Doors wrong! Keep them closed and shaded in the day, and open at night to let cool air in. Expats here make Big mistakes designing glam glass walled houses, a fast track to over heating or insanely expensive glazing And think about venturi effects draughts, dragging cool air in at the bottom and drawing It through the House and out the top. Solar powered fans are simple. Ceiling fans are low power and surprisingly effective. Sleep downstairs in summer. Plant trees to shade your house. Rethink patios that Heat Up rather than cool down the Air around your house. It's not expensive to insulate everything, roofs, floors, especially.. And winter energy bills everywhere are high in homes where people insist on lounging around in their undies. If insulation not work both ways, the question for me was if we have taken aerosols out, Now talking of putting protective geo engineerng back in.... Meanwhile wáter vapour is a great insulator compared to CO2.

I have no plastic Paint , pintura plástica, in my home. That's in keeping with the property, Stone, lime render and terracota, most of which I restored and rebuilt. No off gassing here and the lime deals brilliantly with moisture all by itself. Everyone should live in a healthy home environment, not a sick house, which from experience,vis a real thing .One of the niches I'm going to explore with a new decorating business is to try convert modern home owners back to lime based paints and mineral paints. Fortunately Spain has a rich source of lime and a Hi tech #Paint manufacturer in Graphenstone. The BEST of both worlds
