Nostr is starting to function in a different way. People are starting to just code stuff without seeking NIP consensus. It's always been "embrace the chaos" but it's also been the pythonic "there should only be one way" to do a thing. Chaos seems to be the more durable attractor.

Fun fact: This app only cost about $37 to vibe. A lot of that was because the idea changed a lot along the way. New apps with a tight scope and clear vision are more efficient to make. View quoted note โ†’

Getting a bit meta but I'm having #Shakespeare make an app that helps me track a bunch of data about each project that I currently have to tab out to a text file to track.

Thinking of curating a new awesome-nostr list to filter for my Aunt Tilly.

Realizing I need to setup a bunker to make these Nostr web apps work properly on mobile. We need a better way

Some ideas I have for analyzeyourrelays.com... - Report on jurisdictional resiliency - Get links to zap each relay we're testing - Give your relay selection a fun grade from like noob to OG The second one is because this is testing each of your relays with 80kb of data. It's a small fraction of what they'd likely send you in a typical session but it would be nice to make this a net positive for all involved and zaps are one way to even out the pain.

This is a new era. This new Nostr app came out of the long-standing question: How to choose the best relays? ... it's currently making me question if I need both primal and damus in my NIP-65! When selecting relays there should be a balance between performance, redundancy, and efficiency so that's what I hope AYR does. It's on its own domain, hosted by Github pages, and plan to keep throwing resources at it until relay selection becomes boring. Made with 100% with #Shakespeare it's my first vibe coded release. Huge congrats to the Soapbox and mkstacks team for bringing joy into app building! Stay tuned! cc: @Derek Ross #vibestr #nostrdev #relays

Optimize your Nostr experience with real data! Analyze Your Relays automatically tests your NIP-65 relay configuration, measuring speed and redundancy when loading notes from your followers. Discover which relays are fastest, find content overlap between relays, and make informed decisions about your relay setup.

The future is luminescent. Got totally sucked into vibe coding yesterday prototyping so many ideas, and have created a couple apps that are ready to share. I know I know share early, but I do want them to be at a nice url if not domain. Planning to host them on gh pages and make a little intro video for each one. #shakespeare #vibestr #nostrdev
