I would never want to have a fitness routine that mostly men go to. That’s a good way to get big, bulky, and have a masculine figure.
I go to my Pilates class and it’s all women. That’s a good sign to me. Toned and fit. I love Pilates.

A holistic approach to supporting yourself during a cold or flu:
- homemade meat stock or chicken noodle soup
- ginger tea (not ginger ale)
- nettle tea
- liver (loads of vit A)
- oysters (zinc)
- sunlight (vit D)
- fresh oranges and/or acerola powder (vit C)
- mineral soaks in the tub
- a lot of rest
Homeopathy has worked well for me. I like Boiron Oscillococcinum and take it if I start feeling chills and weakness.
Xclear nasal spray for congestion and runny nose. Also blow your nose frequently.
Lots of hydration. Lots of warmth - cozy robes or sweaters, socks, etc.

Nutrient Dense Oatmeal 🥣
- organic sprouted rolled oats (I like One Degree)
- spring water or raw milk
- fruit (Valencia orange or cooked down apple)
- butter or ghee
- Ceylon cinnamon
- mineral rich salt
- egg yolk once it’s off the stove
- maple syrup (optional)
Bonus: have a cup of homemade meat stock before the meal
I don’t have oatmeal often, but it can be a cozy breakfast. 😌
