My whole life I thought he had graduated in graphic design, although he could do anything that was artsy - quite literally anything.
My mum said today during a catch up "He had no studies other than a short course in product design, but when he was passionate about something he would find the way to learn it. He was very very intelligent".
My dad in his life was a professional DJ in the 80s, graphic and packaging designer for some of the most important food and furniture companies in Argentina and Spain, antiques reformer (including old paintings), builder, painter, crafter...
Despite his strong impostors syndrome and how his life turned out, I guess he's still an example of how degrees aren't as necessary as passion is - even if courage and self-trust play a huge factor in any future.
