13 years today from this picture, and still as meaningful as day 1. However, I definitely needed this tattoo redone 😂

We don’t choose the families we grow up in, but we can choose to break the cycle. The problem is when children who absorb these dynamics grow into adults who can’t see them in themselves.

It’s funny because my left knee was the “bad” one on and off growing up, but tables have now turned and after over two months of worsening discomfort (and a recent visible swell) I need an MRI of the right one 😂 Having a high tolerance to pain will cost me long term, fr fr.
