Got a little freeze last night. Mostly water freezes in the sap bucket. This concentrated the sap and helps me to less boiling. This sap tested at 3 % sugar instead of the normal 2 to 2 1/2 I usually get.

In need of a list of some nostr relays to add. Bitcoin, regen. farming, trad. pioneer skills. How do I start finding them? Are paid relays worth it?

Well #[0] I was out gathering sap all day, hard to get in house with muddy clothes. Reached in my pocket and..... from a neighbors farm that we butchered ourselves.

Any large/busy relays I can manually put in? I put in sethforprivacy and it seemed to help my experience here. I may be figuring this out a bit.

Well #[0] I made it. Don't know what I am doing yet, and won't have time for another month to figure it out. But I am bringing Maple and Sarah's Soaps to nostr.
