Still over 4 months left of 2023 to rebuild good habits and goals. I started meditating again. Trying to sleep better (unsuccessful) & mindful walk/workout every day. And create a little music (even if only lyrics) every day. I have bad creativity/productivity ratio so trying to step up and do something about it. What about you?
