Oof. I like the Cybertruck, but when this issue happens to more trucks pulling trailers it’s going to result in Tesla being forced to say the Cybertruck can’t safely pull a trailer, and regulatory agencies enforcing that. This issue doesn’t look fixable at all with recalls. Could be the end of the Cybertruck.

If open source AI models continue to even kind of keep up with proprietary models, it’s almost guaranteed that the US gov will attempt to restrict it with export controls and placing liability on devs for model “misuse.” Sucks, but I don’t see it going any other way.
