All-round buidler.

Nostr's greatest weakness is that it actually works as designed.

Today's dinner: Pulled beef tacos in cheese shells π

For a while now, Iβve been thinking about writing a cookbook.
Not a fancy one, but more like a manual β something that teaches you how to cook and eat in a simple, repeatable way.
Iβve been on keto for nearly 5 years (over a year on carnivore).
Itβs been a journey β from dirty keto to meat-only β and along the way Iβve learned a lot about nutrition and how the body actually works.
A lot of people:
β struggle to lose weight
β donβt have time to cook
β feel lost about what to eat
β and get caught in endless diet debates
What I want to make is something:
simple
practical
non-dogmatic
No judgement.
No ideology.
Just food and technique.
Something that can:
β save time
β save money
β reduce stress
β and maybe improve health as a side effect
Something for normal people and families.
Before I go too far with this, Iβd like to share a short sample (the first section of the first chapter and a single recipe) and see what you think:
β Is it useful?
β Is the tone right?
β What would you change?
