Used to neglect food, exercise, time with the close ones. Not anymore. Turns out the hours were never the problem. What I cut to make room for them was. Nourishing yourself, going for a walk, staying in the sun, hugging your wife, or husband or the kids or whoever - These all are invaluable. These go first. So... What did you stop sacrificing? 🤔
