Went shopping in the city today. While checking out an area thrift store for retro tech, games and fire kindling I happened on a Halo book I don’t own. Felt in the mood for some classic Halo storytelling since Halo Campaign Evolved is being a series reset.

Not sure why my body is reacting to the shop dusting we did at work. My nose has been running & me sneezing. The dust wasn’t they bad, I didn’t “in the name of science, I’ll put ma face in it” plus we had the exhaust fans on. Never needed a mask in the past. 🤷‍♂️😪

Played some more Halo Campaign Evolved. The swamp level does feel a lot creepier with the lighting used. They also changed Jenkin’s video log, combining two scenes to make it one big scene that to me felt like it ruined the flow in learning of the flood. #gamer #gaming #videogames #vidyagames #retrogaming

Probably told this story before. Someone took a look at a chapter I wrote for one of my stories. Literally re-wrote the chapter, shrinking it to half. Still told the story but was tighter and quicker flowing. Why I like my own pacing I later came to agree that the rewrite was a benefit. #writingcommunity
