New manager finally got the ball rolling on work for us to do. By coming out on the floor and asking us what needs to be done. Bruh, you’re the MANAGER. You should KNOW what needs to be done. Not ask us on the floor since we sitting around doing NOTHING. 😪

New manager tried to set up two new jobs when the jobs themselves had yet to be finalized by the clients since he didn’t bother to send the final contract for the jobs to the client for approval. The Shop Floor manager usually does this & he SHOULD know to do it. 😖
