Long term agricultural trials are so awesome and so hard to accomplish. It is great to see a 60 year trial evaluating crop rotation and tillage in the same experiment.
TL;DR pasture-crop rotation is more important for yield than going no-till.

I'm not a huge fan of Andrew Huberman's podcast, but his series on fittness and exercise adaptations with Dr. Andy Galpin are phenomenal. Its a six part series, and this is the first episode which lay out the groundwork on the different physical adaptations of exercise.

The southern cross. I miss the bear and north star of my native northern hemisphere, but the southern cross is pretty great too.
