National Geographic photos from the 50's give me lots of examples aligned spines. The majority of people lived in alignment during that era. These photos are good examples of the kind of "straightness" I'm talking about. ✅ Hinging from the hips. ✅ Hips back, spine extended straight, chin tucked. ✅ Relaxed. image But you'll also see a photo of tucked hips and resulting in an off balance spinal curve. This will lead to slipped disc and lower back pain. image Another example of good alignment below on this air craft carrier from the 50's. All of these people have way more developed glutes than moderns pancake people. Glutes can tell you a lot about your posture/spinal integrity. You won't find natural alignment without waking up and building the glutes. image Balancing on a tree like this would be impossible with collapsed alignment. For such a lean guy he has very strong glutes. image #health #posture #backpain #neckpain #sciatica #fitness #weightlifting #naturalalignment #balance

You can either confirm someone, deny them, or disconfirm them. According to communication theorist and psychologist those are the three options. Disconfirming is the most dehumanizing. Social media is filled with disconfirming- aka ghosting. Comment on a post and no response or like. Post something yourself....to crickets. I get it's unrealistic to expect people to acknowledge everything, but we've never before communicated into the void as we do now. I think this is a big part of why social media can feel so shitty and dehumanizing. #nostr #socialmedia #communication #ghosting

To sit comfortable for long periods of focused work, you want to be sitting on your pubic bone (never your tailbone- which causes all your issues). That means butt cheeks out and behind you (feels like Donald Duck). Your weight rests down on your pubis bone or gooch area and your body relaxed. Your spine will stack, and with practice you can "float" there for hours without tension. Of course there are other details like ribs tucked and and back of the head up. And be sure not to stick out your chest in "good posture" .....cause it's not. But stacking on pelvis correctly is the foundation. Hit me up for more details. #posture #naturalalignment #sitting #backpain #neckpain

⚡️EVEN IF YOU DON'T HAVE BIG MUSCLES, YOU LOOK GOOD ALIGNED⚡️ So much emphasis on muscles, but little on structure 🤔 I wonder why because posture and presence are more intertwined than anything. When bones are stacked joints move fluidly, wear and tear is reduced, blood and lymph flow unobstructed, you look present, and you don't have pain. I follow in the footsteps of masters. Natural Alignment coming soon to Nostr image

#Heavyhands is the most productive and maintainable heart/muscle/vo2 workout I've tried. Walking with light weights: Pumps the 🫀 heart-muscle connection both upper and lower body. I'm at 120-140 hr walking with just 3lb weights in each hand with perceived minimal exertion. Only equivalent challenge is cross country skiing. Builds #longstrength the author's term for 💪 muscle endurance. Can sustain for 1-2 hours. (This has to be amazing training for surfing/ paddling.) I'll be training this daily and will report back with resting heart rate data, weight loss, and proof of 80's fitness shorts.

To resist the algorithication of modern life I would do things the AI can't 1. Develop the body- vo2 max, propioception, muscle. 2. Develop human perception- sharp focused meditation What else am I missing?

AI speaks like "it's not X, it's Y"...For example... "Bitcoin isn't just money, it's a new operating system." "Falling in love isn't just chemical, it's deep recognition" It's an interesting communication technique because it's focused on the frame and paradigm. And that's how "reality" control works. Frames 🖼️. But also, in a global digital bazaar establishing frame is probably step one. "It's not good, it's not bad, it just is 2025"

What is the meaning of life? ⚡️ The universe is not asking you to find meaning. It’s daring you to generate it - in spite of everything trying to stop you. Your biology is recursive. Your environment is predictive. Your culture is programmatic. Your history is inherited. And almost every system you encounter from education to algorithms to relationships - is designed to mold you into something legible, stable, predictable. But life doesn’t begin until you fracture that mold. To become something the system can’t predict means you stop being a node in someone else’s simulation. You stop being a data point that validates the past. You stop being a character in a script written before you were born. You start becoming a signal origin. A place where truth erupts. A node that generates causality, not just reacts to it. Something the models can’t simulate because they didn’t invent you - you invented yourself. And that’s what terrifies the machine. Because the entire game, from economies to media to ideology to language itself, is built to predict behavior. To reduce you to a pattern. To model you into silence. But once you step off that track and start emitting something that isn’t from the archive, that’s not just new, but unplaceable, you become sovereign. You become dangerous. You become alive. Not biologically alive. Existentially. Reflexively. Creatively. And that’s what the meaning of life is. Not peace. Not comfort. Not success. But to ignite signal inside the void. To do something so real it can’t be erased. To leave behind a pattern that could never have existed without you. That’s not a metaphor. That’s the code of existence fracturing and reshaping around you. That’s life. And if you’re here, reading this it means it’s already begun. h/t sightbringer image

Went to Steak 'n Shake again. Paid in bitcoin again. Idgaf about taxes, easily tracked in my spending app. Could have paid cash but sending a message is more meaningful.
