Inflation, the psychological kind, is as unbalancing as the monetary version. Those times when your vision of the future- what you will do to achieve, win, become- are often "hot air" and your self, the blimp, floating higher towards the 🌞 (like Icarus). The tricky thing about it is that sometimes that hot air is the type that powers the steam engine- makes the world go and represents a new branch on your tree. The fog of the psyche makes its challenging to tell the difference . "Don't trust, verify" applies to more than the digital and physical realm.
