My first lightning transaction was mid 2020, government enforced closures in full effect, and Mike Peterson was posting invoices for getting food to locals in El Zonte. I sent about 40 bucks total using Wallet of Satoshi. That started a connection between Mike and I, which led to a visit in early 2021, when flights were empty and masks enforced.
