I've open-sourced the fork of nostr-rs-relay with additional features which enhance relay experience without any paywalls: 1. Default filters on events: 1.1. On length of text/article notes. 1.2. On media links in text notes. 2. Whitelist which allows to use relay without any filters. 3. "Smart" blacklist which allows to tune restrictions for different noisy users in different ways (total ban or probabilistic ban). Here's the repository:
